Carrying out extensions can be a straight forward process with the right people. You can see the steps we take below;
Arranging a home visit
Using one of our contact forms or by calling 0800 848 8211 you can arrange a visit. Evening and weekend visits are available.
From here we can discuss the specification for the project, we can even produce a basic layout plan of the room layout if you don’t already have a set of drawings.
This will help you understand the room layout and the size of the room
If you don’t have drawings? No problem we can provide these for you.
Planning & Design
If you do not already have drawings we can arrange this for you. During this time we can arrange start date. Look at any potential party wall agreements and arrange for planning or permitted developments applications
Works starts
Payment plans and building contracts are available with all our projects. Building contracts can be set out to ensure that both parties follow set guidelines from the start. No deposit is taken up front, only as payments as work starts.
Every project is different and every client is important. Only Fox Conversions takes on the work. No work is subcontracted out, every client has a dedicated person in charge of their project.
Once we start we’re there until completion with the upmost care. Our reputation is built on our last project. The feedback from our trade associations websites shows for this.
Completion
Materials, skips and scaffolding are cleared from site.
Once work is complete, any electrical / gas safe certificates are sent to the local authority so the project can be signed off by the local authority.
Last payments are made and the job is complete.
