Getting started is easy—simply fill out our contact form or call 0800 848 8211 to book a visit. We offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends.

During the visit, we’ll discuss your project specifications and can even create a basic room layout if you don’t already have drawings. This helps visualize the space and understand its dimensions.

No drawings? No problem! We can provide these for you

Step 2: Planning & Design

If you need architectural drawings, we’ll arrange them for you. At this stage, we also:

Set a start date for your project
Review potential party wall agreements
Handle planning applications or permitted development approvals

Step 3: Work Begins

To ensure clarity and peace of mind:

We provide detailed building contracts to establish clear guidelines from the start.
No upfront deposit—payments are made as work progresses.
No subcontracting—Fox Conversions handles everything in-house, ensuring quality and consistency.
A dedicated project manager oversees every detail from start to finish.

Step 4: Completion & Sign-Off

Once the work is finished:
✔️ All materials, skips, and scaffolding are removed.
✔️ Electrical and gas safety certificates are submitted to the local authority.
✔️ Final payments are made, and your home transformation is complete!
