Great team, friendly, tidy and hard working
Chris and the team completed a loft conversion for us recently, and did a fantastic job converting our loft. Chris is a really calm, friendly guy, who made the whole process as easy as possible. Chris and his team were amazing in completing my Velux loft conversion. I had a number of quotes, and I am glad I chose to give the project to Fox Conversions.

From Chris’s initial visit through to completion, he and his team were professional, courteous, respectful, worked in collaboration with other tradesmen and I am very pleased with the finished result.

Chris was patient when I wanted to change or add items different to the original plans such as extra windows, a media wall or a floating shelf etc.

I would defiantly recommend Fox Conversions if you want a home improvement project done at a reasonable price and with a team that will not let you down.

Chris delivered great service over and above what I expected.

Kitchen remodel in Victorian terrace

First floor rear extension
I recently worked with Chris and his team at Fox Conversions Ltd on a first-floor rear extension to create an extra bedroom and expand my kitchen. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and highly adaptable. Chris was always responsive, helpful, and clear in communication. Any issues were met with proactive, creative solutions that kept the project on track. The work was completed to a high standard, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. I’d highly recommend Chris and his team.

Loft conversion with bathroom and new boiler
Chris and his team have completed work for me previously with a garage conversion, this time round I used Chris's services again but for a loft conversion because I know he is trust worthy and dependable. his work is at a good standard and his prices are competitive.
He has been flexible and mostly importantly a very honest and nice person who puts his customers first.

We waited one year for Fox Conversions' availability to start on our loft conversion and total refurbishment of our Victorian house, and it was indeed, worth the wait! Overall project took eight months to complete, as there were changes and discovery of structural problems that needed to be addressed first. As anyone can imagine the stress for any homeowners to take on such big job, without a project manager for guidance. It was both sheer delight and relief to work with Chris as he offered clear and precise breakdown steps, costs and explanation with the work. The whole process was done professionally quick to high standards, flexibility in offering practical advice or options, no short of calamity and patience till the end. Chris and his team were punctual, friendly and tidy in their jobs. Felt like we have found 'The Foxes building empire team' for our project as various members of Chris' family were brought in to complete different parts of the project, and they were too, all amazing in their work!
There was no hesitation for Chris to return to fix some minor teething issue, as this project was complete a year ago, our house at present, looks just as good and new as the initial hand over of completion!
Fox Conversions come with our highest recommendations and we will not hesitate in working with them again for any future projects! As a matter of fact, our architect whom had recommended Chris to us, and he in turn, had commissioned Chris to undertake his loft conversion too!

Dormer loft conversion
Fox Conversions were a pleasure to work with. They built our Dormer loft conversion with en-suite, and the result looks fantastic. The build was quick, passed all inspections, and met every requirement. Pricing was very reasonable, including building control drawings. Chris Fox is approachable, skilled, and improved the design during the build. He promptly fixed any snags, and his team was courteous.
